CARD Myanmar COMPANY LIMITED held a relief assistance program for more than a thousand clients that had been affected by the worst flood in Bago Region on October 8, 2023. With the help of our local staff, we manage to distribute 1005 relief goods (rice, spices, and noodles) to clients, mostly in the lower part of Bago City. While 400 clients have been assisted in Hlegu Branch, on the border of Yangon and Bago East, though the two CARD Myanmar offices have also been severely affected by the flood, the CARD Myanmar COMPANY LIMITED Relief Assistance Program has eased the lack of food clients for a few days as part of the corporate social responsibility that CMCL has committed to.
